Using Dynamic Bar to perform modern Wand exercises helps improves your mobility, stability, and strength. Bruce L. Johnson is currently the only known living Grand Master of Chinese Wand. He was 19 in 1945 he learned the exercises from 93-year-old Grand Master Ch’eng in 1945.
